Bush Case Postponed; Attorney seeking arbitration

With Lloyd Lake scheduled for deposition today, the Bush attorneys, in what seems to be a game of “turnabout is fair play”, forced a postponement by motioning for arbitration. With what Lake’s attorneys are claiming to be “frivolous”, the motion now delays the trial until August 1^st, as the judge will gather the validity of the motion before making a decision.

Of all parties involved, the delay looks to hurt Reggie Bush more than anyone else, as NFL teams continue to move farther into off-season camps and closer to the season kickoff.
