Bush Case Postponed; Attorney seeking arbitration

With Lloyd Lake scheduled for deposition today, the Bush attorneys, in what seems to be a game of “turnabout is fair play”, forced a postponement by motioning for arbitration. With what Lake’s attorneys are claiming to be “frivolous”, the motion now delays the trial until August 1st, as the judge will gather the validity of the motion before making a decision.

Of all parties involved, the delay looks to hurt Reggie Bush more than anyone else, as NFL teams continue to move farther into off-season camps and closer to the season kickoff.
